Agree with this. Sorry, but if you've read PB, then you know that your body has to convert to fat-burner. And you keep interrupting that conversion process with grains and carbs and you start from scratch. This does NOT work like a CW diet, where if you go halfway you get half the benefit. NOPE. This is all or nothing, especially in the beginning. You gotta go cold turkey on non-veg carbs.

I (try to) follow by-the-book primal as advocated by Mark Sisson, except for whey powder and a bit of cream. I advocate a two-month strict adjustment for newbies. But everybody is different and should tweak Primal to their own needs.
