    coconut nectar?

So is this allowed? I have totally given up coffee, as I cannot drink it without cream, but I love my occasional herbal tea, and it is not the same without a little sweetness. Should I be ditching the tea w/ coconut nectar as well?

I believe raw coconut nectar (you can buy it from coconut secret) is Primal. I've used it plenty of times before in recipes as sweetener. Here's a good example:

What is coconut nectar? Is it liquid or like sugar? Anyway I bought some coconut sugar today. I think it's one of the best sweeteners. It works very good as well, it just sweetens and doesn't have a very strong taste from itself.

It's kind of like honey in that it's liquid/natural sugar.
