Primal and low oxalate
I would like a bit of information on primal eating when being low oxalate.
I have eaten primal, for several years and at first it was great, but recently I have been struggling with severe joint pain. After some research it looks like it could be a problem with oxalate value in foods the main culprits being things like tea, spinage, nuts, berries and curry spices.
Has anyone had any luck with going low oxalate and primal and if so have you got a rough guide of what you eat.
