    Made a huge mistake!!

    ....i decided to buy a jar of artisanna cashew butter. WOW.

    I dont know how i limited myself to 2 tbps. I must save this for a special treat or i will eat the whole jar.

    Nuff said.

    nuts in general are like that for me! hard to stop sometimes. that stuff sounds amazing.
    Started at 307 regular diet and exercise went to 285 and stalled. Went primal and went to 227! I always was a brutish caveman now I eat like one!
    Goal weight.....?

    Nut butters are how I convinced my partner to change our diets together. He can't get enough of them. Maranatha almond butter is not mixed with other oils, although Nuts to You cashew butter is mixed with sunflower oil...yes, I might have to grind my own...

    I haven't tryed cashew butter yet, but I bought some sunflower seed butter the other day and ate it in 4 days. Needless to say I can't make a habit of buying that stuff.

    Haha, If you guys really think about it there are ALOT more worse things you can put into your body. I dont think having a spoon a day of that cashew butter willl do anything.
