Doug Graham is changing is story now

What a concept...can you imagine DR(de ranged) trolling in here telling all how his performance improved eating a bite of chicken?

Primal/Paleo is not for everyone, it's for those who have committed to understand.

i don't know if the hesitant, gentle tone is his 'normal' but i find it hilarious when i think of him aiming it at his target audience

Some vegans are saying Graham is trying to distance himself from DR with this message, he is not happy with DR's strident bullshit messages... DR's slandering/deceitful messages..

Ugh, If I ate 80% of my calories as carbs then I would have a mental breakdown, have a permanent stomach ache and start losing my hair again.
In all of the universe there is only one person with your exact charateristics. Just like there is only one person with everybody else's characteristics. Effectively, your uniqueness makes you pretty average.

Isn't that what they feed livestock to fatten it up for market?

Hey Alex, had to giggle at your post. I started losing my hair when I was raw vegan.

that's interesting because one could eat mostly salads, fruit, and (rice-less) sushi and be a raw 80-10-10er. And also paleo at the same stinkin' time.

this is how my son would eat every day if we'd let him. add in some fermented veg, raw dairy, and a few eggs now and again, the boy would be set.
