Isometric weight training
Hi new to the forum guys, been paleo for a quite a while now. Have been vlc for quite some time as well. Ive read Isometric weight training is the best way to gain strength and put on muscle. I currently train using the common fatigue model, doing multiple sets and reps using mainly an Olympic barbel. I also do quite a bit of sprint training. Im wondering if anyone has any experience doing isometric exercises and what is a good training plan. Thanks much
