I know my kids had serious problems with certain food coloring too. Some colors made them just climb the walls. Interesting this is, they gave me heartburn - genetic?

So has he always been this way? Or is it new behavior?

Is it a constant state or does it flare up in response to certain situations? Do you see patterns?

You've made significant changes in the last year...is he 'change challenged?' is he threatened by the new and improved you?

I don't think it would hurt to go to Al Anon again. Even if the addiction isn't alcohol, the point is for YOU to work on your coping skills. And you may find some other resources thru Al Anon that you didn't know we're available.

I think this is an important point Sandra makes. You have gone from healthy but well padded to smokin' hot in a bikini. That's significant.

So, you could go to Al-anon to improve your coping skills or you could take that smoking hot bikini bod down to the beach and see if there are any less "passive aggressive irritable dickwadish" guys around.

Ha ha you make me laugh. I don't think I could keep most men happy enough, if you know what I mean.

Good. I think you needed a laugh.

You are the Goddess of Trail Hiking and any man would (and should) feel lucky to have you by his side. If he doesn't he's an idiot (and/or has other "issues") and you could do better.
