Oh for realsies. I was driving home from gathering my newest haul of grass-fed meats and I was dreamily planning out menus when I almost veered off the road with a vision of these lovely lamb chips and pesto mayo using macadamia nuts and my new basil plant. I wasted no time and all I can say is Good grief this is the bomb!
