    I sit too much!

    Saying it out loud so I'll do something about it. During my work week, I do a great job of chair-hating. But on my week off, my butt spends too many consecutive hours in this chair! My simple plan? I'm using the timer on my watch. Setting it for 1 hour, and when it beeps, I get up and do things. Anybody else with me?
    Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.

    I've certainly had to do that since I got this iPad, but even to watch tv, I always look at the clock and give myself an allotted time to rest, then get back up for never ending chores.

    You can also be stupid and inefficient like me. Constantly buy 1 meal ahead. So you always have to walk to store if you want something to eat
    well then

    I love that. I walk every other day to the grocery store, and I quite enjoy allowing my mind wander at this time.

    I walk to the store frequently, too. I can always think of something I forgot to buy, and off I go.

    I use a stand-up desk at work, and sit on my balance ball at home- it's fun to bounce and throw in some crunches and leg-raises.

    I have been way too lazy and exhausted this summer. I hate extreme heat, can't do sh*t outside and my house is very small.
    Thank gawd fall is just around the corner!
