Just do it until it doesn't work a couple of times, then switch over to wendler/etc.
Wondering if I am going to be able to make consistent gains using SS as a program, as I am not a rank novice. I would be interested in other programs for pure strength gains (5/3/1, Madcow??)
Rip would call me a fat guy at around 21% BF. I am 5'9 and weigh 204.

Squat: 250
BP: 180
Press: 100 (old shoulder injury)
Dead: 340
Clean: 170
