    My thought too... they're talking about any diet that "restricts food groups" and paleo/primal fit that category.

    (And for the record, I'm losing weight faster primal than I ever did as a vegetarian )

    (No, I don't have an ED lol... I went veg for ethical reasons, and then realised my reasons were invalid... and whenever anyone talked about going vegetarian for "health" reasons, I always told them that it wasn't a good reason for going veg).
