I know some of my choices slow down weight loss, but I feel good. I don't mind going a little slower and enjoying some important treats. I grow my own food and home brew. If I can't eat a few spuds and split a beer or 2 with my partner, what's the point? Otherwise nearly everything I eat is primal, to my reckoning.
