Fermenting store-bought Yogurt Further
Hopefully you all can help me:
Can I leave store bought yogurt out and ferment it further? Will it spoil or just continue the fermentation process? I want to increase the probiotic content to closer to a 24 hour ferment. Will this work, or do I have to go thru the whole making yogurt with a starter process? It makes intellectual sense that this should work, but I don't feel like wasting a tub of nice grass-fed yogurt. Can't easily search this one out online. Thank you!!!
