I am gay. I am legally married. Get over it! The only downside that I can see to my marriage is that one day I may be paying alimony. LOL!

I haven't eaten at a Chick-fil-a in more then 10 years because I think the food sucks! If I worried about doing business with only people that I agreed with politically then I wouldn't have any customers.

I thought the article was pretty fantastic. I love that quote!

I also found that part to be extremely accurate.

As I said earlier, if the comments had been racist, and they were donating money to anti-race minority groups, the reaction would be different.
It's bigotry either way, people just choose to ignore that.

Just wanted to post here so that I can condense the views of those not supporting chik- Fil- A

It is NOT about freedom of speech.

If you believe marriage to be a certain way based on your religion, thats totally fine with me. However, it is not OK with me for you to support anti-gay groups that fight equality, although it is still your right to do so. By spending money at Chik- Fil- A, you are supporting these anti-gay groups they donate money too. This is a real issue for me. I do not want my money to go towards supporting inequality.


If Dan Cathy said he didn't support interracial marriage, would you still be so eager to support his business? Well, its hard to believe but less than 40 years ago the issue of interracial marriage was still being hotly debated. This is no different. Stand up for what is right. And if you are religious (or not), stand up for what is LOVE.

Why would you eat there? You know they're going to be putting crap vegetable oils all over everything and high fructose corn syrup will be in everything else. What is there that's safe to eat? Or are you one of the ones here that doesn't eat Primal? Apparently there are a few. Or did you just want to poke a stick at people and really have no intention of eating there? Anyway, seriously, put a whole chicken in the oven and eat that instead. I promise it'll taste way better and be more satisfying.
