No mention, of course, of the fact that SUGAR in particular is highly dopaminergic or of the fact that gluten peptide fractions can have opoid properties. It must be the fat, of course. It could never be disregulated hunger as a result of insulin resistance and gluten peptide/lectin interference with satiety signalling. Of course not. Then we would have been wrong all these years.
