    Good job! Keep up the good work. You'll be surprised, as you progress through the levels you get better at doing each exercise, and that prepares you for the higher levels.

    I did 22 rounds on L8D1 on Monday. L8D2 is today.
    SW (1/4/12): 326 lbs. (48% BF)
    Steak and Eggs SW (5/11/13): 198 lbs.
    CW (6/2/13): 185.4 lbs. (??% BF)
    GW: 185 lbs. (~15% BF)
    0.4 lbs. to go, ??% BF to go

    Yeah that's really good. Today was L3D2 for me. I averaged around 1:10 for each of the five rounds. I also did 12 ~60 m sprints. A nice short workout for today.

    Well guys I did it. I managed a time of 4:35 on L3D3, so it is on to level 4 next week.
