Heya, I have graduated to barefooting outside on grass mostly and I find walking this way is really jarring, the bang runs up my spine and I feel it in my teeth. In the house I can move slowly enough that it is not bad but outside it just seems really unpleasant. Also my soles hurt like hel with any texture at all.

Am I walking wrong? Is there a way to learn to walk correctly barefoot out of doors?
