    Primal Documentary?

    Primal Fuel
So I've seen Fat, sick and nearly dead which I thought was a great documentary. There are definitely some Primal Principles (except of course not eating meat) such as obesity, processed foods etc. My question is has there been a documentary made about Primal, Paleo or caveman diet?

Watch Fat Head. You can watch it free on Hulu if you live in the United States.

I agree that Fat Head makes a good point about dietary choices and exercise, but eating processed garbage for ~30 days (28 when all was said and done, I think) is hardly Paleo.

The whole point was to challenge conventional wisdom, and to show what we have been told is a lie.

I understand that, but it's not a documentary about a Paleo diet, which is what was asked. The documentary I recommended is exactly that.

I think it's currently only available on DVD.
