Most Primal to bake with: Almond flour, Flax Seed Meal or Tapioca flour???
I've heard some of you talk about it not being healthy to bake with nuts such as almonds. So out of these three baking options which is the healthiest or most primal?
Tapioca is the healthiest, safest/heat stable and also lowest in calories.
That's good news because that tends to be the best results.
