That question feels like it belongs in the 1990s. I'm sorry, I'm not meaning to be mean or snarky (well ok, yes, I will own up to my snark). Why do a home version of "Rice Dream ice cream", when you can go for the gold (was watching the London Olympics earlier) & make decadent full fat, hell screw that, full fat double cream REAL ice cream? Rice ice cream is sorta chalky & blah tasting, unless its loaded up with sugar & some sort of fat.... this is an old memory from when I did make it, as I said, in the '90s.
