    water hangover

    Primal Fuel
Since quitting drinking alcohol I've noticed something strange... I still get the 'hangover feeling' despite just having drunk non alcoholic drinks. I wonder if I'm drinking too much?

I noticed one night while at the bar, matching my friends drink for drink with cranberry juice, the next morning hangover from hell!

Odd, no? Too much sugar perhaps?

Last night, a large bottle of mineral water over dinner, and this morning? Yup... the mysterious hangover again.

A big cause of the hangover is sugar.
Eating primal is not a diet, it is a way of life.

cranberry juice at a bar is usually FULL of sugar, so yeah.

as for the mineral water, i don't know what else you ate. usually it helps digestion.
As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy and to make plans.
