Well... if you don't have natural elephantitis you could always attach a kettlebell.

It certainly LOOKS like it would be quite a workout.
Our body is our subconscious mind, and anybody who thinks that their conscious mind is running the show is seriously mistaken. In fact the conscious mind just may be the most narcissistic entity in the universe, it thinks it's running the show. It's not.

No, those do not do anything useful. Unless standing around and flailing your arms is a skill you wish to develop.

    Ummm, is that serious?

If it is that or nothing, and you are excited about it, go for it, but is it a joke?

I only watched parts of the clips, but it looks like it would be "Play" for sure! Looks like it's African/Caribbean inspired dance moves. I would categorize it as a slow movement, total body workout. Especially if you're really getting into it like the girl on the back right.

Go for it! And have fun.

If you like that style of dance, maybe you could do moves from this one from time to time to shake things up.

Or another fun one would be some sort of Bollywood dance. Although this might be more along the lines of sprinting instead of slow movement. lol

Here are a couple of videos from So You Think You Can Dance for an idea.

As for getting ripped? Um, no. You need resistance training to build muscles, and then you'll need to decrease body fat percentage to show off those muscles.

Yes, the elephant man workout is what all the pro's are doing nowadays. Some were obstinate at first, but after seeing the results (and by results I mean like subzero bodyfat ripped) they were sold. You have found the fountain of youth my friend. Continue on and reap the benefits of such a wonder....

They have some similar silly dances on Dance Central for the Kinect that are quite exhausting if done for long periods. If you like dancing to music and having a good laugh at yourself, it's a decent buy.
