Naw, it's cool. I started in spurts, too. The thing that did it for me was gradually introducing more whole foods, and eating lots of them, so I didn't need my old staple frozen pizzas anymore.
Some jump in headfirst and writhe in the water. I am more the wading type. But both learn to swim.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
