what sort of workout are you looking for? strength? endurance/conditioning? sprint? fun?
here's a fun one i did a couple weeks ago:
30 bicycle kicks
30 jumping lunges
30 tuck jumps
did the whole thing on a local soccer field. lots of fun, lots of jumping.
most of my workouts in july have been outside. i've got them all logged in the thread showing in my signature if you want more. they are all from the spartan race.
