    Hmmm, sorry it didn't work out! I did use a food processor to grate the vegetables - that probably made a difference.

    In place of flax, you could probably use macaroon coconut if you are fine with that!

    I'm going to be needing a dairy/wheat/egg free cake recipe for my 30th birthday soon.

    Just found out I'm highly allergic to eggs; dairy and gluten are up there too.
