Lucky you. I never had one of those. I was always chubby. The whole fat-free thing came out when I was a teenager, and that didn't help matters any. Been told I had alarming triglycerides since I was a teenager and to eat low fat, and avoid animal products almost all my life. Glad things are changing for the better. Happy to be a success story, even pretty much ignoring CICO.
