After a 15 minute power walk on lunch, I am eating pork rinds and ranch dip for lunch. I wanted to test how my lungs were doing with the wind today and they did great!

My sore throat is back. I feel really tired now, a bit headachy. Nothing feels like it is in my chest thank God. I also go back and forth between being warm and cold. This is a blast.

Been feeling kind of down with some things. Not getting to exercise consistently is starting to bother me. Primary reason is having loose skin. I think that since I have been bigger all my life, it's going to take so much exercise for me to get to where I want to be, that I'll never get there. Last night before bed, I was looking at my thighs and and even though they look thinner, up by the hips, there is just a ton of fat sitting there and it made cry. I'm still crying thinking of this.

Hugs Geo. You are making amazing progress. You'll get there.
somehow I manage to leave my intelligence and decorum at the door wherever I go. I doubt your journal will be an exception to that - not on the rug

Totally off subject, but here it goes. Since I have to buy new makeup after the pink eye debacle, I'm considering trying new colors out for eye makeup. I've pretty much worn browns, greys/silver and black eye shadows most of my life. I'm sort of wondering if I should try something different or stick with what I know looks good on me. I'm not talking crazy colors at all(I think I'm too old for that stuff).

Lunch today is a salad of romaine with bacon, salami, red onions, yellow peppers, black olives and celery with a dressing of olive oil, red wine vinegar, lots of garlic powder and italian seasoning. Pretty easy and good.

For blue eyes (I think I remember that's what yours are?) browns are what is generally recommended to make the eyes pop. Browns and purple (a light wash, not violently purple), I think are what they recommend.

Yep, I'm a blue eyed blonde hair freak of nature lol.

The vinegar in the salad dressing is helping my throat out. Weird.

My wrists must be getting smaller. I have a bracelet that I have never worn in years as its been too small. I put it on today and it fits perfectly.
