has anyone gone about a carb/fat cycling paleo experiment. i eat relatively low carb all the time (meat and veggies) and was looking in having a lower fat and higher carb day once a week...a "carb up" i guess but obviously paleo.
anyone done this with success?

I'm a cyclist but not a competitive one. I see no benefit in carbing up one day a week. What do you hope to accomplish?

I think he means cycling the low-carb/high carb days, not cycling a bicycle...

hm probably work best in the summer time when we have longer daylight hours and have more time to expend energy. cycle with the seasons i think.

this might help to prevent a slowing down of your metabolism...it's worth a shot
