I have been wearing minimalist shoes since April. In mid-June, I ran (not heel strike but running "on my toes") down a hill and felt a pain on the top of my left foot, near the middle toe and the index toe. The pains very slowly fades away (but kinda comes back if I run again) and I can feel it when trying to walk on my toes. I started wearing slightly more "standart" shoes since then (Chuck Taylor-like) until the pain fully goes away. Anybody had a similar experience?
I get a pain in the first joint of my second toes on the bottoms of my feet if I walk too long in the thinnest vibrams but never when running.
I didn't like the rules you gave me, so I made some of my own.
