Eating primal is not a diet, it is a way of life.
PS
Don't forget to play!
Nice mountain bike. 10-12mph would be a good workout for me. Congrats on making this part of your day more primal.![]()
Thanks! And yes I have helmet. I walked into work today and had a Vehicular Homicide case on my desk that happened over the weekend when a SUV hit a cyclist... my first thought was "of all the mornings... sheesh..."
My goal is to be able to bike to work without too much problem in about a month... living in Ohio i can bike to work until usually the first week of december until the weather gets too much.

if your tired after biking only 1/2 a mile; it has nothing to do with ur carb intake and everything to do with ur fitness. Dont blame the diet. just get workin.
I was wondering the same thing about biking, but for longer distances. I rode a bit over 21 miles this weekend (mostly flat, mountain bike, 13.7 MPH average) and felt really drained afterward. Am I out of shape or out of glycogen?
I envy your ability to ride to work, though! It kind of makes me want to move back to the town I work in, although I'd rather buy an acreage in the country and grow stuff.
