What is that white stuff that comes out of bacon?
When cooking bacon, SOMETIMES (not always) some white thing/liquid flows out of the bacon. What is this?

Same thing that comes out of the chicken breast/pork chop/fish fillet when the cooking temp is too low to sear the outside. Just water with a little protein 'juice'. With beef, it's that weird pink gloppy stuff~

I get this from fish as well. Maybe its fat?

Maybe it's the polyunsaturated fat, like on fish? Not sure.
