Nice haul indeed! I've never cooked short ribs myself, but ChocoTaco369 posted an awesome recipe a while ago:

Awesome farmer's market haul this morning:
Zucchini
Tomatoes
Swiss chard
Kale
Carrots
Donut peaches
Gooseberries
Raspberries
Local fresh full-fat ricotta
Local fresh Greek-style yogurt
2 dozen pastured eggs
1 whole chicken (slaughtered this morning, wow!)
2 beef filets
1 beef NY strip
Set of beef short ribs
So, the chicken is already roasting in the oven! Mmm mm! Roast chicken for lunch then I'm using the carcass to make some bone broth.
I need help with the beef short ribs! I've never cooked them. I'd like to use my slow cooker. I don't have a grill.
I'd love to hear some marinade/sauce suggestions for throwing the short ribs in the slow cooker.

Choco's recipes look yummy. Here's another guy who is Paleo and is SO NICE. I heard him interviewed on Abel James's podcast and have become a big fan. I have yet to try any of his short ribs recipes (there are several) but here's one as an example.
I recommend his site and give Abel James's Fat Burning Man podcast a try, too, if you're able (ha ha).

I've made Choco's recipe multiple times (one boneless ribs) and it works very well. Slow and low (temp) is your friend here, just wait until you can easily fork the meat.
