My only suggestion is to then stay away from eating eggs. There is absolutely no requirement to eat eggs. You can eat a fatty cut of meat and some veggies. Perfect meal. No eggs.

I had to stop eating eggs for a long time (developed sensitivity I think). Now I've just been frying the yolks only and no problems now! Try just the yolks and if you still have issues maybe you should avoid completely.

The two main sources of choline in the diet is yolks and liver. Grok got most of his choline from liver and seasonally from yolks.

I eat eggs for the choline in the yolks. Your liver needs choline to process fats out of your liver. Choline is one reason you should eat liver once (maybe twice) per week. So yeah, you might try just eating the yolks.
Would I be putting a grain-feed cow on a fad diet if I took it out of the feedlot and put it on pasture eating the grass nature intended?

I have been told if you eat eggs daily than you have a greater chance of getting an alergy. Has anyone else heard of this?

have heard and read all sorts of things that aren't true.

i do wonder if those with egg sensitivities develop them from eating the eggs from battery hens who eat such craptastic diets. all that soy and corn. i've been eating pastured eggs, nearly everyday, for a long time.

As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy and to make plans.

For me, the more cooked they are the poorer they digest. Boiled eggs always give me gas, but over-easy breaks down just fine. Have you tried raw eggs?
