    Homemade Protein Bars

Fast, easy and 16 to 32g of protein per bar depending how you divide the servings. No flours, no sugars.

If you are interested, recipe etc here.

You just solved my problem on how to use up the rest of my unflavored SunWarrior! You, of course, rock. The unflavored sun warrior on its own sucks, but it makes fantastic baking substance (waffles, cookies, etc)

Cool, checked out the recipe and seems simple enough. Noticed the use of the word "wicked" in the description of the taste and had to laugh, figured you had to be a fellow New Englander....
You'll never see the light if you're in someone else's shadow, or said another way, life is like a dog sled team, if you're not the lead dog, the scenery never changes

I've been doing something very similar for quite a while. I often add a teaspoon or two of wildflower honey to sweeten things up a bit.
