Help please - cooking for group, recipes needed!

This will be my chance to show them that being paleo does not mean missing out on good food. It needs to be chicken based as others are already doing beef options. So based on this, what can I make for around 12 people, involving chicken, that is not curry. Something Italian would be good I think?

    Many thanks.

Hmm. If you're serving it at your home, this could be good. But I don't think it would travel well with all the components it has. It's definitely got eye candy going for it with all the colors (tomato, cucumber, lemon), and it tastes pretty awesome too:

Think we've settled on making up a huge batch of chicken fajita style stuff, leaving tortilla wraps to the side if people desire them and making a big dish of salsa and another of guacamole, but thanks!
