Hey! So since I started the Primal Diet my skin has been much more clear than it has ever been! I LOVE it! However, on my arms, patches of dry skin are flaking off. I get sun, eat right, and work out. Am I detoxing? Or do am I missing something?
How much fat are you eating? How many carbs? My skin starts to dry up if I don't get a good macronutrient balance. I never really had acne, though, so our skins could be different
