My local Giant grocery store carries the Angus Beef brand. Looking at their website, I discovered that Angus Beef uses locally produced Angus beef. Sounds good, right? Well, one of our local Angus producers is Herr. Herr started their Angus herd as an environmentally friendly way to get rid of their potato skins and other snack food by-products. The Herr Angus website doesn't say anything about the Omega ratio in their beef, but I assume it must be loaded in O6. I am going to give them a call but thought maybe some of you folks might have an idea.

PS I cooked some burgers made from 100% grass fed Angus from Buck Run Farm which is just 10 miles from me. It is very tasty and very high quality containing all muscle cuts except the tenderloin. More like eating steak than hamburger.
