LeanGains 'Break Fast' meal after workout - Thoughts?
Here was my first meal of the day today (eaten starting @ 12, just now finished!). I'm still trying to wrap my head around the amount of food/carbs/protein that should be eaten, so please any feedback is appreciated.
14 oz round steak (782 cals)
1.5 cups Mashed potatoes, homemade (261 cals)
6 oz grape tomatoes
1 banana
1 apple
Total cals = 1315, 130 g carbs, 165 g protein. From there I taper carbs for the rest of the day. I will throw in some rice, but that's about it.
Thoughts?

I agree, that looks good. Two more meals of ~700 calories each will get you to your personal calorie goal, yeah?
