Mark - so far what i've done is mostly just a change of diet, i work out about once a week (really heavy weights, low reps) and try to get some "pull ups" in through the week, but i've just not made the time. i'm going to have to pick up some sprints and more walking so i can start losing the wieght again, been at 226lb for several weeks now
I just want to say that all of you inspire me every day. I check this thread once a day and it really motivates me. In fact, since I started the PB lifestyle in mid september, I have dropped 15 lbs, gained visible muscle, and feel great. I will post a before/after set in a couple months when the change is more visible. I just wanted to congratulate all of you and encourage others to post as well. It really helps those of us just starting.
