PART 2...

2008 Got down to 148lb and on a holding pattern, 15%BF, pickier about food, still very active but disappointed with my doctors assessment about BP meds and potential statins prescription.

2009 Eating healthy and much less fast food. I refused to go to McD’s with my daughter and explained to her my health depends on it. Still 148lb. So this is best approximation of “before” photo.

2010 June 60 days into PB 95% and lost 10lb (138lb) and 4-5%BF. Real happy and BP drops like a rock and I’m dizzy for the first 2 days. My doc lowers BP meds dose. I am realizing processed sugars and grains are directly affecting my BP drastically. Love the organic eggs and uncured bacon!

2010 Aug 23 almost 120 days into PB, got some VFF’s (They rock!) Racquetball partners are baffled about my new level of racquetball prowess. Now at 135lb which is 11lb less than when I got married in 1998! Maybe <10%BF but who’s counting??? Had to buy smaller waisted pants and shorts. I think I’ve plateau but that’s OK with me!
