    I may soon be adding more photos to illustrate muscle increase, but I want some decent back muscle first.

    WHR has gone down to 0.69, though. First time ever under 0.7. And arms are firmer, despite the loose skin from my "crash-diet fat shed" a few years back. Even starting to see some tricep-shaped things filling the skin up. Soon ye shall see...
