Thanks qurlybee! That's just the weight (30lb) I've lost since being Primal - I have lost just under 50lb overall which blows my mind!! It was painfully slow losing while eating very high-carb though and involved arduous calorie counting and restricting (not to mention denying myself avocados!). I'm happy where I'm at but I still want to lose some fat and generally tone up. The main thing is that my mental state is so much more positive now, and increasingly so, and I no longer have a bad self image and nightmares nightly about being overweight.
Primal since May 2012. Loving life and down 50lbs.
