I've been a member now for almost a year and haven't posted any pics cause I have before pics but there will never be an after pic just progress lol !! I have to thank my brotha Todd ( touchdowntodd ) for pointing me in the right direction ! First off I'm 33 and have been overweight since birth !!! Lol I also had an injury in wich sidelined me for a long time ! I suffer from degenerative disc disease (9 herniated and bulging discs) I went through many painfull injections physical therapies and even the dreadfull pain management where I lost interest in life ! I couldn't even walk through Walmart for 20 minutes . Fast forward to today I quit smoking got off all pain medications and got a treadmill over a year ago . Now I do 3-4 miles a day on my treadmill can breath clear take nothing for pain and am slowly and properly loosing the weight!

The number means nothing to me although I'd like to think 189 is possible I haven't been under 200lbs since I was like 10 months old . As long as my clothes get big on me and I continue to feel better everyday that's what's important . Also all this whole awesome food makes it that much easier !! Grok on !!!
