    It's way easier to put up images using the [IMG][/IMG] tags. Just upload your photo to Photobucket and put the link to your picture in between the tags. Don't bother with picture attachments.
    SW (1/4/12): 326 lbs. (48% BF)

    anyone with an android phone should have picasa/google+. Any pics you take with the phone are instantly sent to google+/Picasa and then can easily be linked out to here or anywhere else.

    If it's food porn or a silly youtube vid, it's approved quickly, from what I can tell... If it's a little gratuitous flesh shot, are you saying that they do little or nothing? It does seem that way.

    Thanks, Hank. My weight loss is not significant, but my pain loss (minimization) is... Also, my weight has been redistributed, losing that stubborn fat around my tummy & love handles, gaining muscle everywhere.

    I'm definitely a lot stronger & in a LOT less pain, which is "Awesome", as I can keep on keepin' on...

    Long time no update... things are going very well for me, I went from an original weight of 336lbs in June 2010 down to 255, started lifting seriously, and am back up to 275ish and wearing the same clothes I was at 255 Here's some videos of me competing at the Granite State Strongman Competition last week...

    Here's my latest progress picture. One year difference. 165lbs or so on the left, 130lbs on the right. I eat low carb, high fat. Several months of higher carb (fruit and potatoes) pretty much stalled me out. I've returned to low carb, high fat and have started losing again. I'm 5'3" and 47 years old and can wear a bikini and not die of total humiliation.

    Female, 5'3", 49, Starting weight: 163lbs. Current weight: 135 (more or less).
    Starting squat: 45lbs. Highest squat: 167.5 x 2. Current Deadlift: 210 x 3
