I am amazed at your loss. I weigh about 345 lbs, so it's meaningful to see someone who weighed in "my range" down to a proper weight.

I am curious about two things. First, how do you deal with the boredom of just eating meat & fat?

Second, did you have any indigestion trouble from eating just meat & fat?

I ask because I seem to have some digestive "issues" when I tried this. What worked for you?

Okay, this is from quite a ways back in the thread, but it's one of the funniest posts I think I've ever read on any board. Thanks for the laugh! (Thanks to Beef Cake, too - since yours was the sack in question....)

(p.s. thanks JasonBanz for catching that I forgot WHO I was referring to!)

I am in amazement here! I've been involved in health and wellness (certified wellness coach) for years and have struggled and could not figure out why. Not from a lack of researching...I'll tell you that!

I just joined this forum (read the book over the weekend) and I can say I have NEVER felt so drawn in and obsessed. I can't think of anything else. It feels has if this whole program is already embodied in me. I am an integral coach and the whole key is "embodying" a new way of being - not just havinig a cool conversation with your coach!

So, for this to feel embodied in me...something magical has happened!! Sounds woo woo...but there it is!

I'll post pics in 11 weeks - in October.

    Love to you all.
