    My results so far have been mixed: I've gone from 181 at my highest to about 167 in 3-4 months. Only problem is I don't see much if any change in definition. My goals are to get to sub 8% bodyfat, boost my energy in sports, and add back the 6-10 inches in vertical I lost

    Here we go. This is me in 1998 at 23 yoa and about 145# and about 10% bodyfat

    Docpierce, You look FAB! Also I like your taste in shorts : ) You look quite lean in that last photo - you must be getting very close to your goal of 8% body fat.
