Awesome job man! Just phenomenal! A word of warning though - you forgot to wear shorts in your after photo. This ain't no CK commercial!

Oh, and Primal King, can I borrow some bicep muscle please? You seem to have a lot more to spare all of a sudden.

Yes, those are Dr. Pepper branded pants. No, I don't drink it anymore. I had some this weekend and it was nasty.

Your tache rocks my world, great work there, and on the weight loss.
Do what you love and do it often. If you don't like something, change it. if you don't like your job, quit. If you don't have enough time, stop watching tv. If you are looking for the love of your life, stop, they will be waiting for you when you start doing the things you love. Stop over analyzing, life is simple. When you eat, appreciate every last bite. Some opportunities only come once, seize them.

As I said before, I have kept a few progress pics to see the effect the lifestyle has had on my training so here's some for a good comparison...

    Before paleo - March 2011

    Photoon2011-05-11at2209.jpg

After about 3 months of paleo

    Photoon2011-11-06at2212.jpg

And then tonight, after 6 months paleo, and one year on from the original pic.

    Photo on 2012-03-12 at 21.08.jpg

And they tell you that you starve yourself and that nasty metabolism goes into starvation mode and focuses on burning muscle instead of fat...
