I definitely have less body fat in the picture below, especially around the midsection, but it's not a huge difference.

That's the 1st place you notice it but you can also see the leanness in your arms and shoulders.

Here we go! This is my one month check in, cause it needs to happen to get me more freaking motivated. I stalled out terrible for a good 2 weeks drinking protein shakes because I thought it would help me gain some muscle.
