    Holy crap Trifith, that's a huge difference. Your belly is much less distended and some clear losses. Great work! Keep it up!

    I was holding off on posting "progress" pics here until I actually decided to lose more body fat but I don't think that's going to happen in the next few months. I don't really want to lose body fat going into winter so I'm holding off on that until maybe March or so, if I even decide to take it up then. I'm happy with where I am, and I've been able to maintain it for many months without much effort, just eating primal (more often than not.. I'd say I'm a 70/30 type of guy) exercising every now and again and enjoying life. If you told me it would be this easy 2 1/2 years ago I would never have believed it.



    That's about three weeks ago, post-workout and clearly flexing. Also, another quick tip: putting your arms up (as I am, one to hold the phone, the other to flex with) definitely gives that appearance of less fat in the mid-section, probably from moving the skin up a bit. I can tell you in all honesty I don't look like this all the time, if I'm not flexing and have my hands down I definitely look a little softer. Sorry about the blur.

    For the sake of comparison, this is me exactly a YEAR ago, fresh off whole30. I think I look pretty good right now and am eating MUCH more relaxed than during whole30, as obviously whole30 is just annoyingly restrictive. So, I've basically maintained this look give or take 10 lbs (when I gain, I gain like a boss) for a year. I definitely have less body fat in the picture below, especially around the midsection, but it's not a huge difference.
