Hey tim, that's pretty win man. Can't wait to get there myself. All in due time.
Localad, thank you! Originally I was very motivated to prove the naysayers wrong. Nobody challenges me any more, but I wouldn't care if they did. I am accountable only to my ancestors. Love your avatar and quote, by the way. Boss Drum is outstanding.
Josh, you are full of win and will probably beat me to a six-pack.
I got a list of muscles that I like to work on my 4th weight training day including traps, middle delts, abs (yeah I don't sneak em in as much as I'd like), psoas, shoulder lateral rotators.
It also helps to be a massage therapist and LOVE muscles as much as I do.
Thanks! I try to only allow myself one daily look in the full body mirror...but i have caught myself (so has my wife) looking at myself in other mirrors... haha! I do my weekly official weigh-in on Friday mornings every week...i don't obsess about the numbers, its just a quick easy way to see if i'm making the progress i want (which is losing the flab at this point). I'm also going to be doing body fat measurements monthly, using the same online calculator monthly that uses body measurements (may not be all that reliable, but at least its consistent). When I started my b/f was around 25%....today 17.5%.
For my reward I went and bought myself my first pair of FiveFingers!

Thanks to everyone willing to share their journey. There have been some tremendous transformations!! My husband and I just started eating paleo/primal on Monday, 10/10/11. Even though we've experienced some withdrawal issues (and expect those to continue for a bit longer), we are beginning to experience some positive changes too.
Took our "before" pictures today. We smiled...knowing that we're on the right path. Looking forward to sharing in the future.
Again...thanks for sharing...Blessings...Jen
